Celebrating 30 years of notable success, the Business Women's Forum (BWF) (www.2012bwf.com) is a program of the non-profit Greater Waterbury Chamber of Commerce Foundation in Waterbury, Conn. The thriving organization is led by female executives dedicated to the professional and personal growth of working women. The BWF is sponsored annually by the U.S. Small Business Administration and supported by numerous Connecticut-based companies.

Ward continued, ?We asked Mr. Snow to be a featured speaker because he has decades of international? experience as a worldwide customer service expert, speaker and trainer. He is author of Unleashing Excellence: The Complete Guide to Ultimate Customer Service, and ?Lessons From the Mouse: A Guide for Applying Disney World?s Secrets of Success to Your Organization, Your Career, and Your Life.? For over 20 years, Mr. Snow honed his abilities with the world-class, service-driven organization where he launched a division of the Disney Institute responsible for world-wide consulting with such leading companies as ExxonMobil, AT&T, and Coca Cola. He also spent several years with the Disney University teaching corporate philosophy and business practices. Mr. Snow coordinated the universally-recognized benchmark in corporate training, the Disney Traditions program. In his last year with Walt Disney World, Mr. Snow?s leadership performance was ranked in the top 3% of the company?s leadership team. Currently he helps organizations achieve goals related to customer service, employee development and leadership.?
During the past 29 years, the mission of the non-profit BWF has been the continual commitment to equality of opportunity and advancement for women in business. To date, the BWF has generated more than $125,000 in scholarship funds for female Post University students to pursue a business education. ?Since its inception 29 years ago,? Ward explained, ?the BWF has provided an unprecedented number of attendees with access to phenomenal speakers, networking opportunities and diverse training during the course of one day. Each year, the BWF has featured such prominent, high-profile keynote speakers as Paula Abdul, Robin Roberts, Goldie Hawn, Jamie Lee Curtis, Suze Orman, Jane Seymour, Chris Madden, Ann Curry, Jack Ford, and Faith Popcorn.?
The November 1st 2012 BWF will also feature workshops led by accomplished professional business people and trainers on the topics of leadership, employee? mangagement, sales, marketing and social media, customer service and customer relations and more.
